Express Care is designed for common, non-emergency acute concerns. It is not a substitute for primary care, emergency care, or complex chronic disease management.

In-person Express Care at the Urbandale clinic is available for the same price as a virtual visit — $65 as-needed or included under your subscription. In-office IM injections such as Toradol for pain or Zofran for nausea may be available; injection fees apply separately.

Subscription Fair Use
How unlimited visits work
Subscription plans are designed for patients who expect one to two or more acute visits per month. The following terms define appropriate use.
Utilization guidance
If visit frequency generally exceeds 4–6 visits per month, Corva Medical may transition the patient to another care arrangement or recommend a more appropriate level of care.

- Hormone prescriptions
- Controlled substances
- Ongoing chronic disease management
- Specialist referrals or complex workups
- Conditions requiring imaging or in-person diagnostics
- Wellness exams or annual physicals
