• CharmHealth (CharmEHR): When you use the online scheduling calendar embedded on our booking page or access the patient portal, you are interacting directly with CharmHealth systems. Information you enter during scheduling or within the patient portal is governed by CharmHealth’s privacy policy and terms of service. CharmHealth is a HIPAA Business Associate we work with for scheduling and electronic health records.
• Spruce Health: When you use our secure messaging link, you are connecting to the Spruce Health platform, which operates under its own privacy policy. Spruce is used by the practice for patient messaging after a patient relationship is established.
• Resend: Contact form submissions are processed and delivered via Resend, a transactional email service. Resend handles message content in transit to deliver it to our practice inbox.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers: This website is hosted on third-party infrastructure. Hosting providers may collect standard server logs such as IP addresses, browser type, and page requests as part of normal website operation.
